CTE expo was one of the most fun and experience gaining event that we have every year. This year is our last year. But that doesn't mean we are an expert on customer service. Well in CTE expo we have to explain our work as well as explain what we do in WEB/Video Academy. And yea this year I didn't have any problem talking to any freshmen because I have past experience but I did make mistakes. like I forgot to shake hands in the end and I explained the details with vocabularies that they were not familiar with but then I fixed my self and I tried to explain in more simpler terms.
