This course helps me prepare for my further employment by telling us what we need and what they ask for us so we can work our way to be successful. this course explained why communication is important and teamwork is important and how to get a job by networking. this course is preparing us for the future and giving us heads up on what to learn to make a successful future. And for the most part we practice these in school and in our class so when we go to in a real-life situation we can get the job easily and succeed din our career.

Teamwork is very important in the working place. Let's face it that we will be working for a company or an organization and if we have bad teamwork skill we won't get the job done. Also having a successful team is very important if you are in a web design field because you can divide up the work and improve with the help of a team or others. There are many skills needed to be a team worker. like communication, collaboration, and explaining. Because we need to explain our claim or idea in order to explain it to the team. And if we can do that we can be a very good team worker and successful in life.

I want to be the second applicant. Because she knows her self and knows what type of question is given in an interview. She was able to answer questions and explain why the job would be suitable for her. Having the right interviewing skill is important. Its the first impression that twill get you the job and you are not the only one applying so if we don't nail our interview we might not get the job or not in the position we want. Growing up we need to know how to handle an interview because after high school and college we will be facing many interviewers and if we don't have the right skills we won't be able to get a job.

Networking is very important for everyone. To network, it means to have a connection with people and organization with the same interest as you or in the same field. why is networking so important? It's important because not only it helps build a relationship it helps people to get a job and meet a new business partner. if you network with the right people you will know because not only they will contact you in need you can contact them and they will try their best to help. as a web designer, it's very important to have a network. because you can collaborate and wind jobs easily. you can also recommend jobs to your friends in need.

Communication skills are very important in our lives and our jobs. If we don't know how to communicate not only we will get fired we may cause problems to our teammates as well. Let's say you had a team to work with and none of you guys communicated. not only the work and result of the work will be poor it will also be incomplete and no one will no what task to handle. communications skills are very important and over time we learn and get better. Sometimes let's say telling the truth is mean or looks bad but we sill need to tell them the problem for the benefit of them. As a web designer, we need feedback to improve our work if we don't it's going to be hard to attract customer and also we can communicate in both verbally and in emails as long as we can clearly explain what's going but for me verbally is the best.

Hello! Critical thinking and problem-solving is a very big skill we need in our life. Not only it what's going to help us get the job done is also going to help us think on our feet and find alternatives to come to a solution. As a web designer, we need these skills. Because we will be given tasks and complete them. And everyone is learning and growing over time so let's say you don't know a way to write a certain code and its function. There are other ways you can work around it. You can try to solve it with a help of a friend or online also you can work your way around to make that work. Meaning uses the code in a different way or uses another language to get the job done. We also need to be creative and think critically so we are unique and different from others

Hello! In school, you can show professionalism in many different ways. First and foremost we have to be punctual and be on time. Next, we need to complete our task and try our best. We also need to improve our selves and work overtime and try to go beyond out limit and work extra. We also need to get our work done as well as extra work that is left over. And teachers don't have to say that to us it's our responsibility. We also need to communicate well and be productive. If we can do these things we will be successful and looked as a role model for our peers and friends.
